Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, R&D Office of Strategy Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support strategic projects across the organization, managing business case development and cross-functional teams
- Apply project management and change management methodologies for sustainable solutions and successful business adoption
- Develop reports and presentations for internal stakeholders while managing project-related tasks and ensuring adherence to project scope and timelines
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree preferred in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project & Program Management or Process Excellence/Improvement
- Certification in PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Certification in Change Management is a plus
