Senior Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Dash Strategy to guide long-term growth and direction within the Dash Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional alignment through a team of Chiefs of Staff and Program Managers
• Manage long-term planning and strategic modeling, including budget ownership and scenario analysis
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure readiness for product launches and GTM strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in product management, business operations, strategy, or consulting
• Experience navigating complex organizations and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, modeling, and systems thinking skills
• Experience in GTM, sales strategy, market analysis, or M&A preferred
• Strategic communicator with executive presence and clarity
