Key Responsibilities
- Utilize data to derive insights and create summaries for leadership regarding team performance
- Manage day-to-day operations and collaborate with cross-functional departments on strategic initiatives
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the Loyalty & VIP Growth organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Strategic Operations
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively based on business needs
- Experience in stakeholder and project management to align cross-functional departments
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research
