Key Responsibilities
- Shape the vision of the Consumer Experience and key partnerships
- Drive the Consumer Experience strategy for the membership program
- Produce and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimizing the Consumer support journey
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related fields
- Experience in SQL and/or Excel for analytical problem-solving
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving goals
- Experience managing a team of two or more people
- Ability to influence and motivate individuals across various job functions
