Key Responsibilities
- Conducts special studies to assess operational effectiveness and cost containment

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in financial and operational objective development
- Ability to make impactful business decisions
- Experience in managing professional teams
