Key Responsibilities
- Develop and tailor a vision and roadmap for the global employee amenities program
- Partner with global teams to enhance employee experience across various work models
- Create frameworks to measure program effectiveness and track relevant metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
- 5+ years of real estate design experience
- 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans at the executive level
- 5+ years of vendor management experience
- 5+ years of relationship building experience across multiple business lines
