Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Monetization Strategy Programs & Activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Align with existing enablement programs to ensure monetization strategy content is integrated and clearly communicates key priorities
- Partner with a cross-functional team to launch and scale a company-wide enablement initiative focused on monetization
- Establish clear cadences and success metrics to drive alignment on strategic monetization priorities across organizational units
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience working with Pricing & Packaging, Product Operations, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, and Renewals
- 5+ years in the CRM industry
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, change management, operations, or program/project management
- Ability to own and build repeatable process frameworks and measure outcomes
- Experience leading and influencing across multiple levels and functions of an organization
