Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, FSP Operational and Commercial Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of commercial FSP strategy to support Enterprise and Biotech targets
- Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and project management for new initiatives and investments
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the EVP, Global Head FSP and the FSP Leadership Team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 15+ years in the life sciences industry, preferably in a CRO with sales and operations experience
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of drug development and R&D outsourcing models
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Experience in organizational analysis, process improvement, or change management is preferred
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical discipline or MBA is preferred but not mandatory
