Strategy and Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of cross-functional GTM initiatives and ensure follow-through on decisions and outcomes
• Conduct analysis and build models for company-wide initiatives such as pricing strategy and segment planning
• Prepare materials for executive-level meetings and track performance trends in collaboration with analytics teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth SaaS
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Solid business acumen with an understanding of business operations
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and eager to learn new concepts
