- Manage integration activities and ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in M&A or post-merger integration within a company or consulting firm
- Strong program management skills with the ability to craft deliverables and process improvements
- Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines
- BA/BS degree
