A company is looking for an Associate, Corporate Development (Integration).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pre- and post-close integration plans
• Drive the M&A integration process, including strategy development, due diligence support, and success measurement
• Manage integration activities and ensure effective communication among cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in M&A or post-merger integration within a company or consulting firm
• Strong program management skills with the ability to craft deliverables and process improvements
• Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities against ambitious timelines
• BA/BS degree
