Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Corporate Strategy and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine strategic plans and drive execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the executive team
• Conduct research and analysis of strategic markets to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Lead M&A processes and capital market transactions, including due diligence and integration planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, preferably in the software/tech sector
• 3+ years of direct people management experience preferred
• Proven track record in M&A transaction execution, ideally for software/tech companies
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial markets and valuation
