Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence for potential acquisitions and conduct market research
• Support the development of the annual strategic planning process and long-term growth roadmap
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate strategic insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with proficiency in Excel
• Experience conducting due diligence and managing deal processes
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
