Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Transformation to lead strategic initiatives within their Growth Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, structure, and delivery of transformational initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics and operational plans
• Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and guide decision-making for future-state solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, program delivery, or operational leadership, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of systems, operations, or technical architecture
• Experience applying agile frameworks to drive clarity and value delivery
• MBA or other advanced degree is an asset
