Senior Manager, Salty Snacks Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Salty Health & Wellness Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, refine, and develop the Salty Snacks Health & Wellness portfolio strategy, identifying long-term direction and near-term opportunities
• Lead priority projects in coordination with the Salty Snacks Leadership Team
• Develop executive-level materials for the Health & Wellness Steering Committee and partner with various teams to align strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives in a CPG company or strategic consulting firm
• Proven ability to influence and lead across various organizational levels
• Experience in driving strategic and data-driven recommendations and decisions
• Understanding of market research and techniques
• Experience in leading change in complex business environments
