Business Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Strategy Manager to drive high-profile cross-functional initiatives and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure business challenges and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to develop insights and recommendations
• Act as a strategic thought partner to leaders, designing programs from initiation to delivery with clear outcomes and milestones
• Lead the development and execution of effective landing plans, including communications and change management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company
• OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) AND 3+ years of professional experience, including 2 years in consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations at a tech company
• Experience leading or working on complex business transformation programs
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Experience in effectively communicating through both spoken and written formats, including creating engaging presentations
