Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning and Operations Director for Global Marketing in Obesity and Related Conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational support to the VP of Global Marketing OaR, including communication and facilitation of requests
- Track and manage resources, including headcount and budget, and support the development of Quarterly Business Reviews
- Represent Global Marketing OaR on cross-functional task forces and compliance committees
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of commercial experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 9 years of commercial experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, or consulting within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and navigate in a matrixed environment
- Experience in developing internal communication strategies and governance frameworks
