Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic decision-making as the CEO's thought partner, identifying growth opportunities and refining business strategy
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing critical business challenges from analysis to implementation
• Incubate new business opportunities, develop pilot programs, and support early implementation efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic or analytical role
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in healthcare
• Management consulting and/or investing background from a top-tier firm is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top program is a bonus
