VP of Strategic Partnerships

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships (Planning and Youth Advocacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the International Youth Congress
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance programmatic impact and resources
• Coordinate training and mentorship for youth advisory board members and facilitate their active participation in advocacy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Seven plus years' experience in advocacy and developing strategic partnerships in non-profits or similar settings
• Experience in youth empowerment, social justice, or community organizing
• Proven ability to work with in-need populations and amplify the voice of those with lived experience
• Demonstrated experience in measuring and enhancing impact
• Strong project management and organizational skills
