Strategic Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning & Operations Manager for the Center for Observational Research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining program strategies, developing goals, and managing project tasks
• Apply Agile principles to project management activities and develop comprehensive project plans
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align on business objectives and improve CfOR capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or a Master's degree with 3 years, Bachelor's degree with 5 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma with 12 years of research and project management experience
• Experience in managing people or leading teams and projects
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is highly preferred
