Key Responsibilities

• Drive seasonal occasion campaigns for gift cards from strategy to launch
• Expand digital and physical gift card selection based on customer needs and trends
• Optimize the gift card purchase and redemption funnel to enhance conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tech, strategy, consulting, operations, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and interpretation
• Experience in tech-enabled operational roles with internal platforms and workflows
• Ability to build scalable processes in fast-paced environments
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can work independently
