Structural Analysis Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer 4 for a contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements for system design
• Guide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods and finite element models
• Develop test plans, support test execution, and analyze results to validate systems meet requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
• Typically 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred ABET accreditation for the degree, although not required
• Ability to work under minimal direction
• Possible domestic travel to Long Beach, CA
