A company is looking for a Student Advisor to support student retention and success from enrollment to program completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to students via phone, email, and text to ensure program completion
- Document student communications and maintain relevant data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors and university partners to facilitate student onboarding and progress tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service is required
- Experience in higher education is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
