Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to students via phone, email, and text to support program completion
- Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and document all communications
- Monitor student progress and communicate with university partners regarding student status
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service
- Experience in higher education is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners
