Job Summary
A company is looking for a Student Advisor who will support students from enrollment to program completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to students via phone, email, and text to support program completion
- Collaborate with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and document communications
- Monitor student progress and communicate with university faculty and internal stakeholders as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 1-2 years of related experience in student advising or customer service is required
- Experience in higher education is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred
- Understanding of adult learners' needs and challenges
