Key Responsibilities

- Address inquiries from various stakeholders and maintain accurate records of student interactions
- Disseminate weekly newsletters and administrative updates, and monitor compliance with academic regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- One year of experience in a related role such as Student Success Coordinator or Academic Advisor
- Familiarity with educational technologies like Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
- Willingness to undergo a background investigation if a current security clearance is not active
