A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert Manager - Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on geopolitical developments in Latin America and relevant data sources to enhance AI models
• Monitor and analyze the quality of data feeds and develop projects to improve AI model performance
• Lead strategic initiatives across teams, making real-time decisions with incomplete data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Economics, International Relations, Area Studies, Political Science, or a related field
• Professional experience with deep expertise in the region and in a real-time information environment preferred
• Ability to interpret and describe complex events in English and Spanish; Portuguese reading skills are a plus
• Adaptable and innovative, capable of managing multiple competing priorities
• Passion for breaking news and current events, with a strong understanding of social media and publicly available data
