Technical Advisor, AMS

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Technical Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions
• Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how the platform meets the needs of strategic customers
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units to create best practices and workshops

Required Qualifications

• 15 or more years of experience influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales or delivery-focused role
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures and integrating multiple systems
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS and PaaS
• Experience presenting architecture concepts to technology leaders and partners
