Job Summary
A company is looking for an AMS Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Technical Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions
- Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how the platform meets the needs of strategic customers
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units to create best practices and workshops
Required Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales or delivery-focused role
- Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures and integrating multiple systems
- Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS and PaaS
- Experience presenting architecture concepts to technology leaders and partners
