Key Responsibilities

• Own the role of a product expert and serve as a technical advisor for strategic customer accounts, ensuring effective platform usage and onboarding
• Improve technical documentation and product strategy based on customer insights and satisfaction
• Learn the identity security landscape and teach best practices for implementing identity security solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IAM, IT, Security, or Consulting SaaS-related businesses
• Strong foundation in designing and implementing IAM frameworks and governance processes
• Hands-on experience with directory services and large-scale enterprise systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience with containerization, orchestration technologies, and API management
