Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Configuration (NETWORX/SQL/MEDICAID).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to medical benefits, provider reimbursement, letters, and clinical editing
• Guide staff onboarding, training, and development while prioritizing work and resolving resource contention
• Audit system configuration for accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper follow-up on issues and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
• Exposure to Facets or equivalent systems is preferred
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
