Team Lead Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Quality Analyst who will oversee software testing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tests before product launches to ensure software functionality and cost-effectiveness
• Design and implement tests, track quality assurance metrics, and investigate product quality for improvements
• Collaborate with the Product Development team and prepare reports for Senior Management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in software testing within the healthcare industry
• Experience with .Net, SQL Server, and JIRA
• Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test reports
• Experience in understanding business requirements and participating in client meetings for analysis
