Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Stack Developer - Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture and development approaches for full stack projects
• Lead design sessions, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices
• Mentor engineers in leveraging GenAI tools effectively, focusing on CursorAI workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React
• Familiarity with GenAI development tools such as CursorAI or GitHub Copilot
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD and version control (Git)
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment
• Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services software is preferred
