Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer I to join their Engage and CRM Teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend and frontend features using PHP/Laravel and React/TypeScript
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user feedback into scalable interfaces and systems
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations to support messaging and donor management systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of software development experience, ideally in full-stack roles with a backend focus
• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel or similar backend frameworks
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Familiarity with API design, RESTful services, and third-party integrations
