Linux Kernel Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Linux Kernel Developer (Remote/Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, integration, validation, and deployment of Linux board support packages and kernel device drivers
• Discuss Linux core system technologies with clients and analyze client problems to design solutions
• Contribute to open source projects and gain knowledge of customers' products and technical needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Linux Kernel and kernel module development
• Proficiency in Linux driver development and cross-compiling
• Familiarity with open-source development methodologies and contributions to the Linux Kernel community
• Knowledge of Linux distribution package development/management is a plus
• Exposure to Continuous Integration environments is advantageous
