Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Integration Architect III - CRM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow modules and workflows
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers
• Manage integration efforts between ServiceNow and third-party systems using various tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with multiple implementations
• Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead on ServiceNow projects
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules and integrations
• ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred (e.g., CSA, CAD)
