Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead a team in building AI/ML capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build systems that support analytics production at scale, maturing prototypes into production-ready systems
• Own the deployment and operation of machine learning systems supporting various products
• Manage a distributed team, conducting 1:1s, enabling growth, and managing performance

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and experience in computer vision, cloud-based image processing, or similar domains
• 8+ years of development experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Adept at translating prototype capabilities into principled software
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud services
