Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and document technical accounting positions under U.S. GAAP
• Draft and maintain accounting position memos, white papers, and internal policy documentation
• Provide technical guidance and training to the broader accounting and finance team

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting including ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 718
• Experience working with private or high-growth technology companies
• NetSuite experience and a strong command of Excel
• Nice to have: CPA and experience in a SaaS environment with a Big 4 Accounting Firm
