Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agency Bill Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage accounting transactions within the AMS system, including client payments and reconciliations
• Communicate discrepancies between carrier/broker invoices and invoiced items, ensuring timely payments to avoid policy lapses
• Maintain accurate accounting records and collaborate with stakeholders on financial matters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations preferred
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functional groups
