Job Summary
A company is looking for an AMS Strategic Customer Engagements (Elevate) Technical Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into solutions
- Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how the platform meets strategic customer needs
- Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units to create best practices and workshops
Required Qualifications
- 15 or more years of experience in influencing senior technology leaders in a pre-sales or delivery role
- Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures across multiple systems or platforms
- Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman
- Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms including SaaS and PaaS
- Experience presenting architecture concepts and designs to technology leaders
