Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and customer satisfaction
• Act as a Technical SME for Salesforce and Propel, guiding clients on complex workflows and best practices
• Configure Salesforce and Propel applications, including data migrations and custom components

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including custom development with Apex
• 8+ years of technical experience with PLM/QMS systems and multiple end-to-end implementations
• Strong project management background in software implementations
• Proficient in data migration using scripting tools and Excel
• Technical experience with databases, data modeling, and application design
