Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal/Staff Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a data-driven culture and shape key data science areas like segmentation and recommendation systems
• Design and build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines for eCommerce personalization
• Develop robust experimentation frameworks to enhance model deployment and iteration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field
• 7 years of experience in leading technical project strategy and ML design
• 5 years of experience with software product design and architecture
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with data mining and information retrieval
• Experience in A/B testing and a strong understanding of statistics and probability
