Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect/Principal Software Engineer to manage team sustainment and enhancement work on a VA project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legacy modernization, sustainment, and enhancement efforts for the team
• Guide a team of developers towards successful project delivery and maintain high standards of excellence
• Analyze system capabilities and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to contract deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Experience supervising a team of developers/engineers with proven leadership skills
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum Processes
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and legacy system modernization
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US
