A company is looking for a Technical Artist (Maps) to join their AAA development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize large-scale game maps for performance across multiple platforms
- Implement and refine destruction workflows and systems using Unreal Engine 5
- Collaborate with Environment Art and Level Design teams to ensure visual quality and performance balance
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in AAA game development
- Deep understanding of Unreal Engine 5, including Nanite and Chaos Destruction
- Strong experience optimizing environments and interactive maps for performance
- Proficient in Blueprint scripting and material/shader creation
- Experience with version control systems such as Perforce
