Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Consultant to join the NowNext CRM Execution Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deliver CRM and Industry Workflow solutions on the Now Platform
• Act as a trusted advisor, leading customer design workshops and providing guidance on best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, outcome-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of configuration/development experience with complex SaaS/CRM platforms
• Expertise in at least one major CRM/workflow platform (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as lead-to-cash and service management
• Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON, SSO, LDAP)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required within 60-90 days of hire
