Healthcare EDI Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare EDI and Insurance Discovery Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of EDI and insurance discovery analysts while aligning team goals with departmental objectives
• Oversee EDI transactions and ensure accurate data exchange with internal systems and external partners
• Guide the design and execution of insurance verification processes and maintain compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a focus on EDI and insurance discovery operations
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• 5+ years of experience working with HIPAA regulated data and healthcare data standards
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare management systems and clearinghouses
