Integrated Social Policy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Programme Specialist - Integrated Social Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level support and monitoring of high-impact joint programmes focused on integrated social policy
• Facilitate effective application of results-based management tools and ensure technical oversight of programme development and implementation
• Support inter-agency coordination and knowledge management processes, enhancing alignment with human rights and gender equality principles

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in integrated social policy support, or 7 years with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience in designing and implementing UN joint programmes at various levels
• Proven track record of partnerships with UN entities and International Financial Institutions
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is desirable
