Job Summary
A company is looking for a Programme Specialist - Integrated Social Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-level support and monitoring of high-impact joint programmes focused on integrated social policy
- Facilitate effective application of results-based management tools and ensure technical oversight of programme development and implementation
- Support inter-agency coordination and knowledge management processes, enhancing alignment with human rights and gender equality principles
Required Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Master's) in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in integrated social policy support, or 7 years with a Bachelor's degree
- Experience in designing and implementing UN joint programmes at various levels
- Proven track record of partnerships with UN entities and International Financial Institutions
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is desirable
