Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (TX License) to provide virtual mental health care to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling to K-12 students
• Conduct initial mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with care management teams and participate in clinical team activities

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC without restrictions in Texas and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others is a plus
