Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage agent adherence to schedules and operational efficiency

- Generate and distribute performance reports to stakeholders and address operational challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with experience in Workforce Management Technology or equivalent education and experience
- Three or more years of call center experience
- Experience in Workforce Management
- Real-time monitoring experience in a call center environment
