Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business process improvements and system changes

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
- 4+ years of experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- 4+ years of experience in business process analytics using tools like Excel and flowcharting
- Thorough understanding of project planning techniques and methodologies
