Job Summary
A company is looking for an Afghanistan Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of R2R activities in Afghanistan, including managing local teams and support services
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth implementation of counselling, training, and livelihoods support activities
- Maintain strong partnerships with referral organisations and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and MEL team
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in social sciences, management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience implementing projects in Afghanistan, particularly in livelihoods or counselling
- Strong coordination and leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of migration, return, and reintegration programming
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English
