Afghanistan Project Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afghanistan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of R2R activities in Afghanistan, including managing local teams and support services
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth implementation of counselling, training, and livelihoods support activities
• Maintain strong partnerships with referral organisations and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and MEL team

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in social sciences, management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience implementing projects in Afghanistan, particularly in livelihoods or counselling
• Strong coordination and leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Understanding of migration, return, and reintegration programming
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English
