Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with coding tools such as Toad, Alteryx, SAS, and SQL
• Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma
• Financial or accounting experience
